Job summary

Alpine Physician Partners Colorado seeks a Practice Administrator to oversee daily operations of one or more medical clinics, coordinating front and back-office activities with the lead physician to meet clinical quality, growth, and financial goals while maintaining strong patient and staff engagement.

You will manage budgeting, staffing, billing, compliance, and communications, partnering with HR to recruit and develop talent, and ensuring safety, OSHA adherence, and high service standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Experience leading cultural change in healthcare.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front and back-office administration including staffing, scheduling, reception, billing, and procurement.
• Monitor financial reporting to identify cost trends and budget variances with regional partners.
• Collaborate with lead physician on P&L performance and growth objectives.
• Ensure clinic compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; implement changes as needed.
• Drive performance improvements across KPIs and maintain OSHA-compliant operations.
• Promote patient satisfaction and associate engagement across clinics.
