Job summary

Altivera Medical is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to troubleshoot medical device functionality, guide patients through setup, and coordinate with Quality Assurance on replacements and regulatory reviews.

You will document issues clearly, escalate safety or regulatory concerns promptly, and partner with Therapy Support and QA to ensure compliant, audit-ready records. Strong communication and CRM/MS Office skills are highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in technical support or troubleshooting-intensive role.
• Strong verbal and telephone communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Healthcare or medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound patient contacts to troubleshoot device functionality.
• Walk patients through device setup and usage with documented workflows.
• Communicate device status, warranty, and replacement processes clearly.
• Escalate safety, adverse-event, or regulatory concerns promptly to QA.
• Maintain audit-ready patient and device records.
