Job summary

PathGroup seeks a Patient Services Technician to support the PSC or in-office PST operations. You will interact professionally with clients, patients, and PathGroup personnel while performing venipuncture, specimen collection, processing, labeling, packaging, and data entry.

Maintain records, assist with monthly statistics, and ensure compliance with safety and privacy policies. The role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Phlebotomist Certification preferred (required in Louisiana).
• At least 1 year of prior job-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and handles specimens following procedures.
• Collects and processes specimens accurately and on time.
• Enter patient and billing information into computer systems.
• Maintain records, logs, and monthly statistics as needed.
• Perform basic clerical duties and electronic data entry.
