Responsibilities

• The telecommunications operator provides a positive first impression to callers and matches requests to available resources/services.
• Responds calmly and professionally to patient/family concerns and emergency situations using multiple communication methods.
• Serves as a resource to callers regarding physicians, mission partners, and services at the OSF facility and region.
