Job summary

Lincare is hiring at Perham to handle customer inquiries, assess needs, and process orders with accuracy. You will educate customers about products and services and maintain records in our computerized systems.

The role includes updating demographics and assisting with training as needed. The position is hourly, with pay ranging from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, and requires high school completion or GED and basic computer entry skills.

Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
• Offering $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
