Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Customer Service professional to communicate with patients, handle inbound/outbound calls, and determine patient needs for products and services. You will enter orders, verify demographics, and document interactions in the patient record.

The role supports adherence to physician orders, provides education on products/services, and contributes to maintaining accurate records across computerized systems. Training opportunities are available.
