Job summary

Columbia Valley Community Health Center seeks a Patient Services Supervisor for the Chelan Clinic. This on-site role oversees daily operations, staffing, and patient access processes including scheduling and check-in, while driving service quality and staff development.

The position requires a minimum Associates degree and two years in patient or customer service, with English and Spanish preferred. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years patient or customer service experience required.
• English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and daily operations of the Patient Services team.
• Assist with budget, hiring, and staffing at designated sites.
• Validate staff competencies and ensure excellent patient access through scheduling, check-in, and patient requests.
• Supervise staff, conduct coaching and evaluations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Promote open communication and a collaborative work environment to achieve department goals.
