Job summary

Key Whitman Eye Center is seeking a Patient Care Representative Supervisor for our Rockwall location. You will lead the Patient Services team in the call center, guide daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional patient experiences while upholding HIPAA standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of leadership in healthcare call center settings, strong communication, and experience with EMR systems and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare call centers.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Experience with EMR systems and call center performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Patient Services team and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
• Oversee interviewing, hiring, and training for new team members.
• Monitor staffing performance and supervise departments in compliance with policies and laws.
• Coordinate with onsite and remote locations to align goals.
