Surgery Partners is seeking a Patient Care Representative Supervisor at Key Whitman Rockwall in the Dallas area to lead the patient services team in a fast-paced call center environment.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure patient satisfaction while maintaining HIPAA compliance across clinic locations. This role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare or medical call center environment.
• Experience leading a high-volume patient services team and knowledge of HIPAA standards.
• Strong communication and cross-functional project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Patient Services team and supervise staff.
• Hire, interview and train new team members.
• Ensure scheduling, patient satisfaction, and adherence to policies and laws.
• Coordinate between on-site and remote clinics and other departments.
• Maintain privacy and professional conduct in all interactions.
