Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to patient needs and relay questions to the clinical team.
• Maintain patient comfort, privacy, dignity, and safety during visits.
• Provide general support to nurses and physicians as directed.
• Prepare patient care areas; ensure supplies and equipment are ready.
• Keep the patient care environment clean, safe, and compliant.
• Communicate pertinent patient information to the care team for continuity of care.
• Review daily schedules to support efficient patient flow and appointment confirmations.
• Assist with check-in/out and insurance documentation; collect co-pays when needed.
• Update patient records and assist with follow-up and documentation tasks.
