• Performs biweekly scheduling including vacation planning and distribution of holidays and personal days.
• Maintains daily assignment schedule and cross-trains staff.
• Ensures sanitation and safety standards.
• Coordinates with Sous Chef on food presentation and dietary compliance.
• Oversees tray line timing and accuracy of patient diet orders.
