Job summary

Signature Health Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative to deliver excellent patient support. This role will manage registration, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and collect copayments while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 1 year of related experience, and familiarity with EPIC EHR and Microsoft Office. Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus; flexibility to work a varied schedule in a clinical setting is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year office, customer service, or related experience required.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Experience with an EHR system required; EPIC experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; ability to communicate in Spanish beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient registration support and ensure accuracy of patient information.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with providers.
• Collect copayments and explain financial responsibilities to patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide administrative support such as scanning, faxing, and mailing.
