Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years experience in an administrative support position.
• High level of proficiency with computer applications.
• Previous experience in a medical or rehab office strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Will answer phones, schedule appointments, direct patients, maintain records, coordinate billing and insurance and manage admissions and discharges.
