Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and process demographic, insurance and medical information.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments.
• Answer phones professionally and route inquiries as needed.
• Prioritize CSR workflow to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
• Assist in training new staff and ongoing departmental updates.
• Understand downtime and disaster procedures and perform job functions during outages.
