Job summary

OrthoArizona is hiring a Medical Receptionist in Glendale, AZ. The role is full-time with a pay starting at $17 per hour. You will support front-desk operations, manage patient documents, and assist with faxes and charting in a fast-growing orthopedic care setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer/patient service.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train on practice management software.
• Willingness to learn updates to practice management software.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a prompt, courteous manner and route calls as needed.
• Assist in indexing patient documents to the correct chart.
• Route electronic faxes to the correct location or upload to the chart.
• Assist with other duties as needed during downtime.
• All other duties as assigned.
