Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer/patient service.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.

• Understand/train on practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone in prompt, courteous manner and route calls.
• Assist in patient check-in and documentation in EMR.
• Index patient documents to correct charts.
• Route faxes and upload documents as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
