Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce or Epic; proficient with fax, email, GSuite or Office.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must handle sensitive patient information in a HIPAA-compliant manner.

Responsibilities

• Intake and case processing with demographic, medical, and insurance data.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations.
• Coordinate with sales, clinicians, and patients to ensure coverage and delivery.
• Document interactions in CRM and manage case records.
• Escalate urgent requests and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client progress and service delivery.
• Adhere to HIPAA, Medicare guidelines and internal policies.
• Communicate clearly with patients and healthcare teams.
• Organize tasks with strong time-management and attention to detail.
