Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to confirm ready-to-ship products and shipping information.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure seamless patient care.
• Verify daily orders before they are sent to the manufacturer.
• Reconcile daily reports to confirm orders were received and billed.
• Process support requests regarding shipping, tracking, and receiving by patient.
• Respond to patient questions, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Document all patient interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when needed.
