Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative in Denver to join our outpatient imaging team. Typical schedule is weekdays 10:30am–7pm with duties including scheduling, check-in/out, insurance verification, and multi-line phone coverage.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in a medical office setting, strong customer service, and proficient computer skills. Experience with authorizations is preferred; ability to manage high patient volume is essential.

Responsibilities
