Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Radiology Scheduling Coordinator in Colorado to schedule all radiology modality exams with patients by phone and ensure a comfortable patient experience.

You will screen patients to determine the appropriate exam type, relay exam information, and handle additional duties as assigned, reporting to the Manager, Patient Access. Strong communication and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Medical terminology knowledge preferred
• Previous medical scheduling preferred
• Ability to learn quickly
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English

Responsibilities

• Schedule all radiology modality exams with patients by phone
• Provide every patient with a comfortable experience
• Thoroughly screen patients to determine appropriate exam type
• Relay any pertinent information regarding the examination to patients
• Other duties as assigned
