Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a full-time, patient care-oriented Bilingual Patient Service Representative for our Midtown location in Tulsa, OK. Shift: Mon-Fri 10:30am-6:30pm with rotating Saturday.

Premium base pay, monthly bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package offered. Responsibilities include scheduling diagnostic exams, handling authorizations and verifications, checking in/out patients, answering calls, and ensuring accurate billing data and patient records.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years experience in medical office or hospital
• Experience in authorizations and insurance verification preferred
• Ability to handle heavy patient volume
• Strong customer service and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures
• Assist with authorizations and verifications
• Checking in / out patients
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Provide accurate and complete information to billing office
• Insurance verification
• Ensure accuracy of patient data entered into system
• Process requests and filing of patient records

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, patient care-oriented professional on a full-time basis as a Bilingual Patient Service Representative to help support our Midtown location in Tulsa, OK.

Shift: Monday - Friday (10:30am - 6:30pm) and a rotating Saturday

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures


• Assist with Authorization and Verifications
