Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Specialized training beyond high school.
• 1–3 years’ experience preferred; healthcare/customer service experience.
• Travel to other primary care locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone lines promptly and courteously.
• Collect, verify and maintain patient information for registration.
• Coordinate registration, scheduling and related paperwork.
• Collect insurance information, authorizations and referrals.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance and balances; end-of-day balancing.
