Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2-3 years customer service experience; medical office preferred.
• Basic CPT coding and ICD-10 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, in person or by phone, and schedule appointments.
• Register new patients and update demographics; collect personal and financial information.
• Assist with billing by collecting co-pays, coordinating with billing, and ensuring charges are documented.
