Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience desirable.
• Experience in a physician office or clinic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in/check-out, scheduling, and phones.
• Verify insurance information and patient demographics in system.
• Handle payments and post charges using proper codes.
• Provide accurate information to patients and approved entities.
