Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet the public, staff, and others in a professional manner.
• Schedule patients and check them in and out for appointments.
• Verify and update insurance information at every visit.
• Receive payments, issue receipts, and update the journal as needed.
• Coordinate with providers on patient prescription refills.
• Register new patients per policies and procedures.
• Run Automatic Eligibility Verifications.
• Follow up with voicemails and schedule appointments.
• Maintain knowledge of HealthLinc patient resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
