UPMC's Complete Primary Care Associates - Brentwood in Pittsburgh seeks a full-time Patient Service Representative to welcome patients, guide them through check-in, and ensure a smooth visit in a friendly, efficient environment.

You will collect payments, update registrations, verify insurance, promote MyUPMC portal, and connect patients with financial resources, contributing to exceptional patient experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Two years in medical, billing, or customer service preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems such as Epic is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Strong typing and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients warmly and guide them through check-in.
• Collect copayments and process payments at point of service.
• Update patient registration and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain consent per HIPAA rules.
