Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service position.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests, confirms identity, and provides information related to the visit.
• Completes check-in/out functions and updates patient demographics/insurance.
• Completes patient registration as needed and obtains consents/authorizations.
• Collects co-payments and post payments; performs end-of-day cash drawer closing.
• Informs patients of delays or changes in appointment status and schedules appointments.
• May float to other clinics/departments as needed.
