Job summary

Axia Women's Health in New Jersey is hiring a Part Time Patient Services Representative (PSR) for Premier Women's Health of South Jersey.

You will be the first and last contact for patients, handling scheduling, registrations, insurance verification, copay collection, and front-desk duties while upholding Axia’s standards of care and HIPAA compliance. Flexible coverage across Mullica Hill, Elmer, Woodbury, and Woolwich Township.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Patient Service Representative experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical office.
• Ability to work at multiple satellite locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and direct them to waiting areas.
• Schedule and modify appointments and maintain patient files.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries.
• Collect copayments and verify insurance eligibility.
• Assist with registrations and patient check-in/out.
• Document patient interactions accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support efficient operations.
