Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify identity; document arrival status in the EMR.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals and hospital admissions.
• Maintain patient charts in EMR and processing of medical records and documents.
• Collect and post patient payments; assist with billing and reconciliations.
• Provide coverage across locations and support training for new staff.
