Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• 2–5 years in sales or retail management or 3+ years in healthcare insurance using medical billing software.
• Superior customer service skills with self-motivation to exceed patient expectations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal communication and written skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and quick to learn new programs.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks.
• Good judgment and analytical skills.
• Bilingual English/Korean or English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Greeter and check-in patients in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage.
• Schedule and confirm appointments via text or call; arrange follow-ups.
• Prepare new patient charts in EMR with accuracy.
• Respond to billing or financial inquiries and route appropriately.
• Post payments and record receipts; balance deposits.
• Monitor wait times and communicate patient status during visits.
• Direct calls to appropriate departments as needed.
• Participate in staff and educational meetings.
• Support patients with form completion when needed.
