Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with English–Korean translation highly desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide translation support for patient history and vital signs, and perform these tasks independently if needed.
• Provide translation and administrative support to medical providers before, during, and after consultations.
• Document relevant information in the patient’s electronic medical record as needed.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, filing, typing, data entry, and record keeping at the clinic.
• Assist front office with management of client information in accordance with relevant codes and laws.
• Assist clinic staff with patient communication in person and over the phone for appointments and follow-ups.
• Participate in staff and educational meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
