OrthoArkansas is seeking a Patient Services Representative in Little Rock, AR. You will be the first contact for patients, handling check-ins/outs, collecting copays, and coordinating scheduling with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities include verifying referrals, updating insurance and demographic data, and assisting patients with forms and financial options. A supportive team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a high school diploma or GED with office skills.
• 0 to 6 months of related experience and/or training.
• Mental alertness and adaptability to medical office environments.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Collect copays and handle payments accurately.
• Verify referrals when required and maintain insurance data.
• Process charge tickets and balance TOS money daily.
• Provide paperwork and assist patients with forms.
• Assist with scheduling return visits and clinics coordination.
• Communicate patient status with clinical staff and Financial Counselors.
