Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative for Almara Women's Health at our Edina location. This full-time, on-site role handles patient registration and check‑in, as well as patient phone communications, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and every 11th Saturday at Maple Grove.

You will greet patients, collect co-payments and insurance information, verify coverage, schedule appointments, maintain records, and ensure clear communications with patients and staff while

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Customer Service experience required
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management system
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments
• Chart preparation and management
• Answer patient calls, schedule appointments and direct calls as appropriate
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff
• Any and all other duties as assigned
