Job summary

The i-Health/Revo division invites applications for a full-time Patient Services Representative at Almara Women\'s Health in Maple Grove, MN. The role focuses on patient registration, check-in, insurance verification, and accurate scheduling within our practice management system.

Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with every 11th Saturday at the fertility clinic. A $750 sign-on bonus is offered for select roles, with standard benefits and a patient-centered service approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices.
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management system.
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments.
• Chart preparation and management.
• Answer patient calls, schedule appointments and direct calls as appropriate.
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks.
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for patient registration and check in as well as patient phone calls.

This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and every 11th Saturday at our fertility clinic in the Maple Grove location.

Almara Women's Health | Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Patient Services Representative Essential Functions:

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management system

Patient Services Representative Education and Experience Requirements:

Patient Services Representative Benefits & Compensation:

• Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience.
• A $750 sign-on bonus will be offered for select roles, payable on first paycheck with a 12-month commitment. Internal applicants are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
