Job summary

Overlake Medical Center is seeking a Hospital Patient Services Representative for the Float Pool. The full-time role supports multiple clinics across Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond and the senior health center in Bellevue. You will welcome patients, manage check-ins and help clinics run smoothly.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of clerical hospital experience, and strong customer service and communication skills. EMR (EPIC) experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and help clinics run efficiently.
• Assist in scheduling and patient check-in across multiple clinic locations.
• Travel to OMC clinics including Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond and senior health center in Bellevue.
