Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is seeking a Patient Service Representative for a full-time Float Pool position. The role travels to multiple clinics including downtown Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond and a senior health center in Bellevue to support patient check-in and clinic efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of clerical experience in a medical setting, and strong customer service and communication skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and coordinate check-in at clinics.
• Support front-desk operations to keep clinics running smoothly.
• Travel to multiple Overlake clinics as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical staff in a fast-paced environment.

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is looking for full-time Patient Service Representatives to for a full-time role in our Float Pool. This is an employed and benefited role where a person to travels to all OMC clinics and locations. This includes travel to downtown Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond and our senior health center in Bellevue

This role is essential at welcoming our patients and helping the clinic run efficiently. The right person will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time/40 hours per week

Monday - Friday clinic hours

8 hour day shift

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.
