Overlake Medical Center is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for the Float Pool to travel among Overlake clinics. The role involves welcoming patients, checking in, scheduling, and supporting efficient clinic operations.

Positions are 40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday day shift and hourly pay in a range of $22.22 to $33.33. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, clerical experience in a medical setting, and strong customer service skills.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and assist with check-in and scheduling in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Support clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow across multiple locations.
