Job summary

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking full-time Patient Service Representatives for our Float Pool, traveling to all OMC clinics and locations including downtown Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond and our senior health center in Bellevue.

This role is essential in welcoming our patients and helping the clinic run efficiently. The right person thrives in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and helping the clinic run efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is looking for full-time Patient Service Representatives to for a full-time role in our Float Pool. This is an employed and benefited role where a person to travels to all OMC clinics and locations. This includes travel to downtown Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond and our senior health center in Bellevue

Full-time/40 hours per week

Monday - Friday clinic hours

8 hour day shift

• Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.
