Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
• Proficient keyboarding and computer skills.
• Ability to file accurately and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet patients in a courteous manner.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage check-in/out.
• Prepare and retrieve patient files and direct telephone calls.
• Enter charges/payments into MISYS/Tiger or other PM system.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Assist with basic clerical duties and department coordination.
