Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner with emphasis on customer service.
• Schedule patient dental appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Verify patient insurance and collect copayments as applicable.
• Update patient information in the Practice Management System to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison to department staff for registration procedures.
