Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is hiring a Patient Services Representative in Newport Beach, CA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service and robust administrative support to ensure a smooth patient experience across clinics.

The position requires patient interaction, scheduling responsibilities, and coordination with clinicians, with travel to other PRN clinics as needed. Open to full-time or part-time candidates within clinic hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare administration education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and over the phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and required documentation.
• Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Assist front office tasks when downtime occurs (phones, scanning, scheduling, payments, filing).
• Liaise between patients, staff, and departments; address patient concerns clearly.
