PRN Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Representative in Huntington Beach to deliver friendly front-desk service and ensure smooth patient flow. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect information, and support the clinic team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare administration education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary documentation accurately.
• Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring the patient’s needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy.
