Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Three years general secretarial experience, or two-year business degree with one-year secretarial experience.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in arriving patients; assess urgency and direct accordingly.
• Verify patient information and direct to staff; prepare lab-related tasks and diagrams.
• Perform billing and clerical duties; maintain records and prepare reports.
• Daily reconciliation of client fee reports and other data as requested.
