Bookmark Medical in Mt. Juliet, TN, is seeking a patient-focused front desk professional for a full-time, clinic-based role with a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will greet patients, manage calls and inquiries, schedule appointments, assist with insurance verifications, and ensure accurate EHR updates while keeping the front desk organized and patient-ready. Competenze

• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (4x10 hour shifts)
• 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Clinics are closed on weekends - no Saturday or Sunday shifts

What you’ll do

You’ll create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient by:

• Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism
• Managing incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries
• Scheduling appointments, referrals, follow ups, and co pays
• Assisting with insurance verification and prior authorizations
• Supporting clear communication between patients and providers
• Updating and maintaining accurate information in the EHR
• Helping keep the front desk organized, efficient, and patient ready
