Job summary

Bookmark Medical in South Lyon, MI is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to deliver warm, patient-centered front desk support. You will greet patients, manage check-ins, calls, and referrals while ensuring smooth scheduling and billing workflows.

You will support insurance verification, prior authorizations, and accurate EHR updates, collaborating with providers to maintain a trusted, efficient care experience for every patient.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
• EHR proficiency (Athena or eCW preferred).
• A positive attitude and a commitment to patient centered service.

Responsibilities
