Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients and providers regarding appointments and inquiries.

Large managed care company is looking for Patient Service Representatives to helpwith call wait times and take inbound calls providing provider appointments and general inquiries.

WORK LOCATION: 6161 N State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75038

PAY: $18.00

CONTRACT DATES: ASAP - 8/31/26

HOURS: M-F, 8-5

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound calls from patients and providers regarding appointments and general inquiries
• Refer calls to providers according to protocols
• Track appointments and document information completely, timely, and accurately
• Make outbound calls to remind patients of appointments or to coordinate resolution of care opportunities with patients, providers, and pharmacies.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highschool/GED or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Previous customer service in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Must be able to multi-task
