Job summary

Shenandoah Oncology is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30, with hourly pay between $19.17 and $24.01.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and check in patients for appointments.
• Update demographics and insurance information in the system.
• Collect co-pays, provide receipts, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Answer routine questions and route messages to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a neat lobby and support daily administrative tasks while HIPAA compliance is followed.
