Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: One year experience in a medical office setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs patients and visitors, and schedules appointments.
• Performs clerical duties for physicians and clinic staff, retrieves insurance and patient information, and handles forms and signatures.
• Enters new and established patient information into the computer and answers incoming calls.
• Sets appointments, dispatches messages, and manages schedules for staff.
• Monitors physician schedules and maintains patient accounts, including payment plans.
