Job summary

You will assist with check-in/out, collect payments, update demographics, and collaborate with clinical teams to support smooth operations and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required, preferably within healthcare.
• Experience with Epic (electronic health record) preferred.
• Previous experience with busy phone lines also strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule visits.
• Handle billing inquiries and MyChart assistance.
• Verify authorizations before appointments.
• Facilitate check-in and checkout procedures.
• Collect payments and update patient demographics.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve issues and improve care quality.
• Orient new staff and assist in other departments as needed.
