Job summary

The Patient Services Representative at CHOP greets patients and families, collects demographic and insurance information, and processes payments. You will also reconcile daily services and support scheduling, referrals, and authorizations as needed.

You will handle EPIC data entry and patient records with strict HIPAA adherence, while providing courteous, effective service in a busy ambulatory care setting.

• Enter data into EPIC and maintain accurate patient records while following HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in team huddles and support administrative tasks as required.
